History
In 2010, our Founder started her journey as a counselor at a vocational school. She loved helping students tackle the tough parts of job interviews, like what to wear, how to behave, and essential skills for professional growth. This experience not only sharpened her teaching skills but also fueled her passion for assisting students with the challenging shift from school to the workforce. 

 

Energized by this new direction, our Founder decided to expand her coaching services to other vocational schools so their students could get the guidance and resources they needed for job placements. Her dedication earned her a key role in shaping the career paths of countless students, and the positive impact she made on their lives highlighted just how important thorough career coaching can be. 

 

As she continued to work with students, our Founder noticed they needed more than just career advice. Many reached out for help with personal issues, which led her to explore adding spiritual and grief coaching to her services. By recognizing these broader needs, she was able to support students not only in their career transitions but also through life's various challenges.

 

Sixteen years later, our Founder is still a trusted mentor to many of her former students and keeps in touch with them. Her dedication to their growth and well-being opened doors for others outside the education sector to seek her expertise. Today, her diverse coaching approach empowers individuals, proving the lasting impact of her comprehensive and caring guidance.
